I was really dissapointed in the publics choice. They obviously are voting for the under dog in American Idol's choice. No one was looking for what is going to grab the public in appearance. Chris obviously had the look and the voice whom would make it in the music world. I don't neccessarily think looks make it, but he had it all. He was very comfortable in performing, and had the ability to sing various songs. I think he is defitnitely a rock star, but showed his ability to sing in many categories.

The calling system is serverely flawed in some manner. Chris phone numbers were busy the ENTIRE two hours of voting. I did not get through until the last minute! Did they not count his second hour of votes? Did they only count one phone number's total? There is definitely something very wrong with American Idol.

I like Chris, but I think Katharine is a much better Idol-type. She will be an actress, singer and a hot star for many years to come. To me, she is the only one of the 4 that can do that. I voted for her 60 times last night, not because of her performance last night, but because of her overall sexy greatness and some great, great performances. I think she is amazing and talented. Chris has a great voice, but that is all.

"Chris, tonight you go home!"... I was so shocked and upset for Chris with the way Ryan told him he was eliminated. Obviously, time had run out, but that was because Ryan made a hasty and unfair decision to fulfill Rebecca Romjin's request and let Taylor sing again. In my opinion, Chris was humiliated and unlike ALL other AI eliminations, wasn't even given a second to prepare for the possibility he could go tonight. AI has to change this format. A 30 minute show when you are down to the final four is unreasonable, not to mention the immediate exit of someone we've brought into our homes and bonded with for weeks. Ryan has been given way too much power and control over the timing of the show and PLEASE Ryan, leave Simon alone. Everybody in America is tired of it and wat appears to be your feuding with him. Only, from his seat he can hardly fight back. Shame on you Ryan. You owe Chris an apology and AI you have let down your fans tonight. I know you can't win them all, and some one had to go, but hey this guy had talent he was the BEST by far!! Chris would have made a great AI but in my opinion, his song choice could have been better. With that said, Kat's performance lacked EVERYTHING! She's a beautiful girl and can really sing, but mixing lyrics...SKIPPING lyrics at this stage of the game has "C YA" written all over it. Guess AI didn't want an all male final. Chris you are the best no matter what anyone says. I will also agree that American Idol is rigged and I will not be watching it anymore. None of the others have what it takes to become a true star. I cried when I found out Chris was gone but I have faith that he will be coming out with a cd soon!!!!!!!!!

"Chris, tonight you go home!"... I was so shocked and upset for Chris with the way Ryan told him he was eliminated. Obviously, time had run out, but that was because Ryan made a hasty and unfair decision to fulfill Rebecca Romjin's request and let Taylor sing again. In my opinion, Chris was humiliated and unlike ALL other AI eliminations, wasn't even given a second to prepare for the possibility he could go tonight. AI has to change this format. A 30 minute show when you are down to the final four is unreasonable, not to mention the immediate exit of someone we've brought into our homes and bonded with for weeks. Ryan has been given way too much power and control over the timing of the show and PLEASE Ryan, leave Simon alone. Everybody in America is tired of it and wat appears to be your feuding with him. Only, from his seat he can hardly fight back. Shame on you Ryan. You owe Chris an apology and AI you have let down your fans tonight. No one should get this far and basically be told "Goodby, so sorry ,sing your song and pack your bags." '

I am in total shock that Chris was booted off. I thought forsure that he would be the next American Idol! I know you can't win them all, and some one had to go, but hey this guy had talent he was the BEST by far!! I do think it was a bit unfare that Kat is still there with missing her line and Elliott is good, but not that good! I sure hope Chris will continue and make an album. I'm with everyone else with this...I really enjoyed watching Chris singing and now that he is gone...I really don't care to watch who make is now. Although I am sure I will, but he was the one that was worth the watch! GOOD LUCK to you Chris in all that you do! KEEP Going for it!

chris just got screwed... he is by far the best and i really hope the rest of them realize that this show is based on the votes of very narrow minded people who have no idea how to judge talent. they aren't better than him and they should realize they are way too lucky to be where they are. he should have won hands down. this was the first season i watched and now that was the last episode i will watch. if real record label execs. or judges voted... chris would have won by a land slide. the only smart thing america has done is vote off the man lover ACE.
