I think Matt has a really great voice but he always picks the wrong songs!. When he did 'Georgia' in Hollywood week, it was amazing but he hasn't had one quite like it since. I think it might be time for him to go but if he can pick some good songs with a Ray Charles type of feel for his album, it will be great. As a side note, people should really stop going onto a page about Matt or other people and badmouth them and just talk about Adam. We get that you all are in love with him, but go to his page and write it.

Why is it that many of us completely disagree with the judges about you? When we think you performed well, they criticize you (last week). When they say you did well, we fast forward through your performance (this week).

I don't like Adam. I think he is TOO polished and would be great on Broadway, but he just doesn't sit right with me. I love Matt! He is the best! I feel like Adam is selling or marketing himself and people are buying it...somewhat fake. Matt is the real deal.
LMAO . Reading that comment really made me laugh . lets start off with " I dont like adam" you must be blind and deaf not to like adam . And the only reason why you dont want adam on american idol is because adam lambert is doing better then him. you can tell that adam is not a fake, he is not the one singing "lets get it on" so girls will vote for him . (Like what Matt did) .
You must be blind and deaf to not like him? Sorry -- I didn't know I was supposed to like a singer because he's pretty and wears awesome makeup. I mean, what the hell?
As for being deaf, again, sorry I missed the memo. I was unaware that singing in your head voice made you good. I guess I never appreciated how truly great all those 80s hair band singers really were.
Thank goodness for Adam the judges decided he's cool and edgy instead of cheesy and self-indulgent. He's done as soon as one of the judges decides his little vocal trick is wearing thin. 80s hair bands were pretty big for a while too.
You are so right!!! I think that every nice comment about Matt are like from his family members, friends or the not-so-hot chics out there! Matt needs to go home. He cannot take critics well!!! The ugly frown on his face last week for being one of the bottom three... SO UGLY and ANNOYING! Makes you wanna punch a kitten!
Ok, so would you frown if you did an amazing job, then someone said you didnt do so well. Should he have jumped on a couch like Tom Cruz?? NO jerk stain.... he frowned. its called human emotion. Like wanting to punch kittens ya freak!

well, since you think all the nice comments are from all his family members, friends, etc. then i believe that all the nasty comments are from lazy not-so-hot-lookin-dudes wishing they had as much success as Matt.
obviously he's talented for making it this far on the show.
and he takes CRITIQUES very well. thats why the judges have been loving him since the day he walked into the auditions
I absolutely love Matt! I think he doesnt get enough credit. He is a phenominal musician and he is definitely my all time fav!!
Sure Adam Lambert is unique, but that doesnt make hime the best. Im always voting for you Matt!!
