I don't know why, but I enjoyed watching Mr. Radford on the earlier broadcasts of American Idol.  It was extremely gutsy of him to have opened himself up to worldwide critique and frankly, I would not have been able to do so.  So, to be seventeen and to pursue this venue is in itself something to be admired.  Like most teens, he could have just sat on the side playing XBOX and sneer at the competition, instead, he chose to go after his dream of a music career.  The judges were tough but to find THE top Idol, they needed to be.  David, don't let this get you down.  If you have a dream, work hard, plan hard and in the process of growing up, play hard.  Life is a series of steps that need to be taken, don't be afraid of taking the next one.

i think david radford was absolutely amazing and i nearly cried when he got voted off. what a shame, but life does go on and he will be a singer one day (i hope). i love him and he is soooooooooo cute!!! lol
