crystal should keep her look, just because she is not like everyone else doesn't give anybody the right to say anything about her hair. get a life people, and get some originality :) go crystal!
Is it just me, or... does
Is it just me, or... does it seem like people are voting for Crystal just because she's a mom? Sure, she's good enough to get in the top 24. But she didn't have a phenomenal performance. As a matter of fact, it flat-out sucked. But, as I'm looking at the most popular women, 28% of people are rooting for Crystal to win American Idol. 28%? Why? Are you crazy?

Flat-out sucked? Either you are a 13 year old who is only interested in modern "Taylor Swift" type country or you are partially deaf. Not only is she the best singer. She seems to be the second most talented instrumentalist as well. Casey clearly takes that with his blues guitar. If anyone besides her wins it isn't being judged on talent.

Frankly, I don't care if she is a mom or not. In fact, it can get alittle annoying with the kid stuff...but I don't care - she has the "it" people talk about...
Crystal blow the rest of the girls away. I like her because she is truly a singer - songwriter with years of experience. I do think it is unfair to the other wanna-bees - Crystal is the real deal and she out-classes all of them in maintaining pitch (highs and lows), key and sheer vocal power.
Her weekness is that she may not be "pop" enough for Idol crowd - Americana Rock can take her only so far - but she is a pleasure to behold - an Artist's Artist...
Her strength is that it doesn't matter if she wins or not at this point. Her life will change anyway - she already "made it" - even if she doesn't know it yet. As soon as she is done with Idol, someone will grab her to press a CD...She already has enough original material to fill a CD...she is already on her way...with or without Idol...
Good for her...she deserves it...

Finally this show has let through artists not just performers, there is a fine distinction, and crystal is an artist. I would actually listen to her on a cd not just on this silly show!

I know Crystal!!! I went to camps together when we were in middle school and junior high in Ohio! She was an amazing singer as a kid and ALWAYS carrying her guitar and singing Jewel. GOOD LUCK!!!! You've got my support!

I can't say that I know
I can't say that I know Crystal, But what I do know is the Young Lady has more than what I can say for most, She has Talent and it comes from nothing more than the Deepest soul within her. She is a natural!! She sings from the heart, Reguardless of what anyone thinks, says or does, She has my purest respect and support. Crystal I wish you all the best in the world and I hope you carry on no matter what........ Keep it real and true!!
