Phil is the best vocalist of the men but the look is what gets in the way. I like the Taylor hick type of casual suit jacket but it is the baldness and I think the ghetto hat thing that makes me look past him. It is too late to start wearing hair, he could maybe grow it out like Chris Daughtry with some type of facial hair too. Stay away from the floppy hats and stick to a baseball cap front or backwards (not sideways) for casual or upbeat songs and maybe a Frank Sinatra type hat for the more serious songs. Let us focus on your eyes and not your ears or head.....we are distracted from what I believe is a top vocal and emotionally grabbing eyes.
