american idol has discovered the reat star even before the finale. melinda doolittle is the star. she is the one. the best candidate to win. this girl would make jordin look like a sad amateur tryin to compete. this is when public voting sucks, luck is not on melinda's side. she may not have the best look, but each time she performs, she rocks the whole place. unbelievable, a class act definitely. she really knows how to work her voice, when and where to put it to good use, she knows her instrument well and thats what defines a great singer. and the style, the charisma, just amazing, the whole tina turner diva kinda thing totally works for her, it made her look absolutely stellar. what i like the most abt her is the way she ends her songs. she would do this power vocal thing and would just blow up the mike and doin all that while giving us the classy diva act too which i absolutely love!! the innocent humble act is cute, a bit lame at times, but its ok cuz she really works the stage. unlike lakisha, this girl listens to the advice and improvise and thats good. i hope she becomes a superstar, a huge one, which can put her in the same league like whitney, mariah etc. obviously, the other idol contestants are way out of her league. good luck melinda, i absolutely adore u, u rock!!! melinda would be my fave winner, next is blake of course. and who says melinda is ugly? with that classy style, u dont need no damn nose job, u need melinda.
